Terms & Conditions

General Information

To order products, you must be 18 years of age or older. Bike Service reserves the right to refuse the order if necessary.

Product prices include VAT (24%).

Placing an order

Log in if you already have usernames. You can also first collect the products you want in the shopping cart and log in only after you have checked out.

All product groups are in the top left of the menu and individual products can be found under the groups. Product information and features can be found next to the image and by clicking on the "Product Description, Details or Reviews" buttons.

To add a product to the cart, click the "Add to Cart" or "Buy Now" button next to the product description, or type the number of pieces in the "Add:" field and press enter.

The contents of the shopping cart can be checked and edited by clicking on the word Shopping cart on the right side of the page or in the top menu. If you are removing a product from the cart, activate the delete box and then click the trash next to it or the "refresh cart" button.

You can also change the number of pieces of the product if you want to order several of the same products. Be sure to update after the change.

Once you have selected the products you want in the shopping cart, press the "checkout" button. Log in with your credentials (if you haven't already), or if you don't already have one, create one for yourself. Press "continue" and go through the steps of the order. Finally, press "confirm order". After ordering, you will receive an automatic confirmation of the arrival of the order by e-mail. After processing your order, you will receive an invoice by e-mail as well as information about the delivery time and delivery costs.

By placing an order, the subscriber accepts these terms. If the goods are out of stock, you should check availability either by e-mail: shop (at) or by phone: 040-545 6859. If the delivery time is significantly longer than expected, the customer can cancel the order. Upon receipt of payment to our account, the delivery time is normally 2-5 business days for the products in our warehouse.

Delivery of products

The products are delivered for collection by post. Upon request, we also deliver via Matkahuolto (the customer pays the shipping costs for travel service when picking up the package) or by post as a door-to-door package (additional charge). The change in delivery method must be entered in the additional information field when ordering. Delivery costs within Finland are always 8.50 eur / shipment. Usually the transport costs are borne by the customer. The exception to this is a refund under the Consumer Protection Act, which is paid by the seller.

Pick-up orders

The pick-up place is located at Meripuistotie 5, 00210 Helsinki.

When ordering a pick-up order through the online store, be sure to activate it when placing the order. We will notify you by e-mail when the product is available for pick-up. If you want to pick up the product assembled, assembly (eg Ritschie trailer 66 eur) will be charged in addition to the price of the product.

Payment for products

Products are paid by advance invoice. You will be sent an order confirmation and an invoice to the e-mail address you provided. You can pay for your order within seven days (public holidays do not count). If the order is not paid for within the given time, the order will be considered canceled.


For warranty issues, first contact us either by phone: 040-545 6859 or by email: shop (at) The products have a normal manufacturer's warranty. A payment receipt or an electronic receipt received by e-mail serves as a guarantee certificate. If the product returned under warranty is not found to be defective according to the defect report, we will charge a service fee of 44 euros and any shipping costs. The instructions for assembling or using the products also contain maintenance instructions, which must be followed carefully.


If the consumer has been delivered the wrong product, the product is damaged, etc., the consumer must notify Byörähuolto within a reasonable time by e-mail to shop (at) or by phone 040-545 6859. Incorrect delivery will be returned in accordance with our instructions (see Customer Returns). Return will take place after the complaint has been made. Upon receipt of the returned goods, Pyörähuolto will immediately return the paid purchase price to the customer.

Products have a 14-day return policy on receipt of the product (s) (excluding the date of receipt), except for products customized for the customer. The returned product must be marketable, ie unused and in the same condition as when received. The product must be returned in its undamaged original packaging. Incompletely delivered products will be sent back to the customer at his expense. Damaged products will be charged to the customer. We do not redeem packages sent by cash on delivery. You will receive your money back within 14 days of receiving the product back. According to the return, include the account number for the payment refund.

Packages broken during transport

It is possible that, despite careful packaging, packages can sometimes be damaged during transport. Therefore, it is a good idea to check the condition of the package already in the presence of the postal clerk / Matkahuolto staff when picking it up. If the package has been damaged during transport and if the ordered product (s) has also been damaged, immediately report the matter to the post office or travel agency, which is responsible for the transport damage. Otherwise, Wheel Service will not take a stand on transport damage. We must notify us within a reasonable time of any product that is damaged or incorrectly delivered during transportation. Undue returns after a 14-day return period will be deducted from delivery costs according to the valid Posti price list.

Dispute resolution

Finnish law shall apply to disputes and disagreements arising from this distance selling agreement. More information related to customer return can be found, for example, at
